Oracle Webcenter Content Error: Runtime error: java.security.AccessControlException: access denied ("java.util.PropertyPermission" "user.timezone"."write").

But in addition you might want to add this because we have found that copying and pasting in the admin applets does not work with the standard java settings. Modify C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_144\lib\security.java
